Do I need a jogging stroller?

No. There is no running with the strollers unless you have specifically registered for a stroller bootcamp class. Any stroller will do as long as your child is comfortable.

Is there any jogging or running in the class?

There is no jogging or running with the strollers unless you have registered for a stroller bootcamp class. However, there are opportunities to run or jog during the cardio drills. But this is optional. Power walking is always an acceptable and good alternative.

I have a double/triple stroller. Can I still do the class?

Yes. As long as your child(ren) enjoys being in the stroller and you don’t have problems pushing the stroller around then you should be fine during the class.

Do we stop with the strollers for a long time?

The classes are an interval class broken up into 2 - 5 minute mini-sessions of power walking, muscle training or cardio drills. We never stop in one place for more than 5 minutes.

How postpartum do you have to be to attend Stroller Moms?

It is advisable to check with your health care provider before starting any exercise program. Depending on your delivery, each woman will have a different time line for when they feel comfortable starting exercise again. How old does my child need/have to be?

There is no age limit. If your child can and is willing to sit in their stroller for an hour then Stroller Moms will work for both you and your child.
